The Junk Hunk Story

The Junk Hunk is a local company based in San Luis Obispo County. Chris, the founder aka “Junk Hunk”, along with his wife, Megan, are Central Coast natives and found a need for this service as vacation rental owners. Upon much investigation they could not find a company that provided this service so they created it! 

Being from the Central Coast the Winterbergs also felt a strong connection to giving back to the local community. They’ve created their company to donate a percentage of all profits to local charities in need along with their sister company, The Timber Group.

In their spare time Chris and Megan can be seen with their two children Olivia and Wyatt (aka little junk hunks) playing sports, camping or bbqing with family and friends.
